London: meeting Binghatti and seeing Dubai from the outside
During a trip to London, I visited Binghatti’s office and discussed the new Mercedes-Benz Places project. I explain why international meetings help me understand demand, see Dubai from an outside perspective and assess property more objectively for clients.

During a trip to London, I visited the office of our strategic partner, Binghatti. We discussed the new Mercedes-Benz Places project and the continued development of our international cooperation.
Trips like this are an important part of my work. Living and working in Dubai, I see the market from the inside every day. International meetings allow me to look at it from another perspective and understand how people from different countries see Dubai.
It is important for me to understand what attracts international buyers, which questions they ask, what concerns them and what they pay attention to when choosing property. This gives me a clearer view of real international demand instead of relying only on marketing materials and claims about a project’s popularity.
We also discussed Mercedes-Benz Places, a project in which architecture and living space are connected with the philosophy and design language of the Mercedes-Benz brand. A famous name alone is not enough when assessing property. The product itself, entry price, delivery schedule, build quality, future demand and potential risks all need to be considered.
Trips like this bring together two views of the market: my understanding of Dubai property from the inside and the way international buyers perceive the emirate.
This helps me assess projects more objectively for my clients and understand not only how well a property is selling today, but also how clear and attractive it may remain to the market in the future.
